Description

Trenchless drill pipe is mainly used in horizontal directional drilling pipeline crossing laying project, the pipe body is made of special materials in line with API standards, stable performance, pipe end thickening in line with API 5DP standards, thickened pipe body quenching and tempering heat treatment, steel grade up to G105 or S135, joint blank forging production, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining, surface nitriding treatment after finishing.

The twin-shoulder high torsion joint thread adopts the internal and external composite shoulder structure design, and all are machined by precision CNC lathes. The tightness of the thread has been strictly guaranteed, compared with the same specifications of the thread, there is a higher tensile strength and torsional yield strength, all the threads are equipped with thread gauges in line with international standards, so the production of drill pipe performance is stable and reliable.

We can not only produce trenchless friction welding drill pipe of different materials, lengths, diameters and wall thickths, but also customize drill pipe according to customer's requirements of material, length, wall thickness and thread.

Application

• Urban underground pipeline laying: used to lay water pipelines, sewage pipelines, gas pipelines, heat pipelines, etc

• Underground Pipeline Repair and Replacement: Trenchless repair or replacement of damaged underground pipes, such as corroded or cracked water or gas pipes.

• Power cable laying: laying high-voltage power cables, submarine cables, etc., especially suitable for crossing rivers, lakes, roads, railways and other complex terrain.

• Other application：Directional drilling of oil and gas wells, gas pipeline crossing engineering, highway and railway underpass construction, bridge pile foundation construction assistance, water conservancy pipeline laying, etc
