Drill Pipe: for Mining
Wireline rods are made of special geological steel pipes with high strength and toughness which is processed by high-precision CNC lathe & molding tool.
The drill rod threads are tested by special thread gauge, and the thread part is specially strengthened.
The drill rods have consistent concentricity & straghtness, and its precision and mechanical properties reach the international advanced level.
• Geological exploration: In geological exploration, rope core drill pipe can reduce the auxiliary time of starting and lowering drilling, and increase the pure drilling time, especially in deep drilling, its economic effect is more significant
• Coal exploration: In coal exploration, rope core drill pipe reduces the number of times the drill is lifted, reduces the manual labor of workers, prolongs the service life of the drill pipe and drill bit, and reduces the cost
• Mine exploration: In mine exploration, rope coring technology reduces the chance of drill bit scanning wear, unscrewing and collision with the hole wall, reduces the occurrence of accidents in the hole, and improves the quality of the hole
